Learn about the sport of Trailing and Locating - finding the quarry box with a live rat in it out in a field environment. The dog and handler can either air scent or track the trail left by the dragged box. The quarry box can be hidden on the ground or up (different heights for different skill levels). Temperature, humidity, wind, terrain, vegetation all affect how the scent moves. Watch your dog learn how to use his/her incredible nose! There are two sessions - morning and afternoon of this popular workshop - both are FULL. We will be looking for another date to hold more before the April NASDA trial.
